This weekend here in Seattle on Saturday May 23rd, we put together a fun ( first of it's kind ) event in partnership with MILLIE and Storied to celebrate grads, teens and their friends + families.

I wanted to create a "photobooth" where I could snap a portrait on my vintage Polaroid cameras - creating a fun keepsake for guests to take home. I worked with a local florist who created this colorful flower frame that served as the backdrop, and the bright pink flowers in a unique white frame complimented the MILLIE storefront so perfectly.

A hand holds a Polaroid photo of a person in black against a vibrant pink and red floral wall backdrop.
A spiky green yucca plant in a black pot next to a Millie Seattle branded sign on a sidewalk.
Boutique storefront display with white shirts and lush floral arrangement featuring pink peonies, purple blooms, and greenery.
A decorative white framed wall art piece filled with vibrant red, pink, and cream artificial flowers.

All afternoon I chatted with and met so many new faces - I snapped portraits of moms + their kids, dad + dogs, and soon to be high school seniors, grads and their friends.

People shopped at MILLIE, had a custom flower bouquet arranged, sipped on special matcha drink from Storied, got a tooth gem and created custom charm necklaces, key chains and earrings.

The neighborhood felt lively, and the sidewalk was full of conversation, friendship and creativity.

I can also provide full event-planning services if you would like to host an event similar to this one at your shop, complete with planning, vendor coordination, marketing and day-of set-up.
