Meeting Parker and his mom for this session earlier this Spring was a treat. We lucked out with a gorgeous and sunny day in April. Parker is into skiing, downhill mountain biking and cooking. We realized we both like to save recipes from Instagram and then wing it without actually reading them! Both his parents are excellent chefs - so I understand where he gets his skills from. I, on the other hand have no excuse other than I just hate to read instructions ;)

Parker got lucky with his session since I had just picked up a new camera and some 35mm film I wanted to play with. He was totally open to my creativity on this session, and so I used a mix of digital and 35mm film for his session. If you check out my Instagram, you can see some BTS that I took with my iPhone and a prism.

When we got down to the beach for Parker's second outfit we were surprised with low-tide and a breathtaking view of Mount Rainier. Parker really wanted to incorporate nature, the beach and driftwood into his session since he's really into those outdoor mountain sports.

Parker is headed off to UT this fall - we wish him all the best as he starts his next chapter!
