In April I met up with Class of 2027 rising senior Willa to capture the essence of Spring here in Seattle.

I used a mix of digital and 35mm film to tell a story, one that gives a sense of nostalgia and movement.


I had recently scouted a new to me location that I was really excited to explore. We had fun exploring new backdrops, playing with the light and extra sunny sunset. It was the perfect afternoon.


See if you can pick out the images captured on film. You'll notice a few techniques using shutter blur and a prism - all combined with my signature film grade that together create a unique set of images. I love how they all came together.

Capturing movement and light create natural and dynamic senior portraits. I love finding locations where the sun is streaming through tress or over hedges to create subtle sun flare and dreamy portraits that feel like a call to the 1970s. I'll always find the best lighting and help direct you so you feel comfortable in front of the camera.


My editing style is minimal so your images feel fresh, never fake or overly edited. I want you to feel like yourself so I can capture your personality and natural beauty.
